76th anniversary: Why did the US choose Hiroshima and Nagasaki for a nuclear attack? What was the reaction of the bomber?

76th anniversary: Why did the US choose Hiroshima and Nagasaki for a nuclear attack? What was the reaction of the bomber?

Little Boy and Fat Man, two atomic bombs dropped from the sky

The United States attacked Hiroshima on August 6, 1945, and Nagasaki on August 9, 1945

75 years ago, on August 6 and 9, the United States attacked the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki with atomic bombs. The attack is believed to have killed about 140,000 people in Hiroshima's 3.5 million population. In Nagasaki, on the other hand, about 74,000 people were killed. World War II ended abruptly in the wake of this American barbarism. Japan surrendered on August 14, 1945. However, according to some experts, Japan was in a position to surrender. Survivors of a nuclear attack are called hibakusha. Survivors faced radiation and psychological hardship in the cities after the atomic bomb attack.

The United States dropped the "Little Boy" atomic bomb on Hiroshima from an INELO gay plane. On August 9, a B-29 dropped a plutonium bomb called "Fat Man" on the Japanese city of Nagasaki. Millions of people were killed in a single blow in both of these nuclear attacks, and even more horrifying was the fact that many people are still dying today from the radiation emitted by the detonation of the atomic bomb. It has been more than 75 years since this incident. The United States has always blamed Japan for the incident. According to the United States, Japan refused to surrender when it surrendered to Germany and another ally in World War II, and the Allies were harming their armies, which led to the dropping of the atomic bomb.

Why the attack?

The bomber struck shortly after noon in front of a U.S. military base. However, experts believe that there was no need for such a devastating attack. According to the report, only the formality of the completion of the Second World War in Asia remained. The war in Europe had calmed down just three months before the attack, and a month earlier, Japanese troops were retreating, but tensions between Japan and the United States soared in 1945, as Japan occupied the Indochina region. Wanted to strengthen, which America did not like.

The then US President Harry Truman was given the right to use the atomic bomb. Harry dropped the "Little Boy" atomic bomb on Hiroshima on the morning of August 6, 1945, without delay to teach Japan a lesson and satisfy his ego. At the time of the bombing, many people in the city were on their way to work and children were going to school.

Historian Elparoritz mentions the use of the atomic bomb in his 1965 book. He wrote that the United States wanted to move beyond the Soviet Union in a matter of power and that it had demonstrated its power by dropping these two bombs.

After the attack, the US blamed Japan.

Why were Hiroshima and Nagasaki chosen?

Another atomic bomb was dropped on Nagasaki at 11 a.m. just three days after the bombing in Hiroshima. The reason given for dropping the atomic bomb on these two cities was stated by the fact that US President Harry Truman wanted the city to have a sufficient impact after the bombing and that is why these two cities in Japan were chosen. One of the two cities was Japan's seventh largest at the time, while the other was the headquarters of the country's Goku Army.

The destruction of Hiroshima

Most of those who were present in Hiroshima on August 6, 1945, were killed, and those who survived were exposed to radio radiation. This was an effect that will be felt for generations to come. An area of 13 square kilometers was devastated when Little Boy exploded in the atmosphere of Hiroshima. More than 60 percent of the city's buildings were destroyed.

Kokura survived and Nagasaki perished

The calendar changed the date once again and this time the date was 9 August 1945. America arranged a bomb in the B-29 superfotress box. The bomb was like a giant watermelon, weighing 4050 kg. The bomb was named 'Fat Man' after Winston Churchill.

The bomb targeted the industrial town of Kokura, home to some of Japan's largest and most heavily munitions factories. On August 9, the B-29 plane was flying at an altitude of 31,000 feet and at 9:00 a.m. and 50 minutes past Kokura city was visible. The bomb was supposed to be dropped from an altitude of 31,000 feet, but there were heavy clouds over the city. The B-29's fuel was rapidly depleting. The plane had only enough petrol to return. Group Captain Leonard Chesher said: 'We started flying at 9am, when we reached the target there was cloudy weather. We then received orders to drop bombs on another target, Nagasaki. '

The clock struck 11 hours and 2 minutes when the B-29 landed on Nagasaki. The pilot of the plane turned on the automatic bomb-throwing devices and in a few moments the giant bomb began to move rapidly towards the ground. The bomb exploded at an altitude of 500 feet above the earth's surface after being pushed to the ground for 52 seconds. A gigantic ball of fire rose in the shape of a mushroom. The shape of the sphere continued to grow and quickly engulfed the entire city. The city of Nagasaki, surrounded by mountains, was devastated in an area of only 617 square kilometers.

The reaction of those involved in the nuclear attack
Not a single member of the hijackers were present today, but when interviewed at the time after the attack, he emphasized that he had made no mistake in dropping the bombs.

The bomb that was sent to Hiroshima was also known as Little Boy in reference to former US President Roosevelt. The B-29 was not an active bomb when the Little Boy was deployed, it had to be loaded with ammunition and the bomb circuit had not been completed.

The pilot of the Enole Gay aircraft was Paul W, conductor Theodore, J. Van Kirk, and weapons officer Maurice Japson. Morris Japson was the last person to have Little Boy in his arms. He, along with his co-pilot Dick Parsons, placed four large bags of ammunition in the bomb. Japs then plugged the Little Boy into a living bomb.

Anola Genie's bow was in the hands of pilot Colonel Paul W. Tibbets, who said after the attack that "there was something unimaginable, what to say I looked back for a few seconds after the bomb was dropped and then moved on."

9 August 1945. America arranges a bomb in a B-29 superphotress box. The bomb was like a giant watermelon, weighing 4050 kg. The bomb was named 'Fat Man' after Winston Churchill.

Tibetans said they saw clouds of smoke and a rapidly spreading fire. Gotagota of smoke spread throughout the city and engulfed the entire city. Thus in a few moments everything in Hiroshima was desolate ... deserted and desolate.

Theodore Van Creek, the pilot of the US plane that dropped the atomic bomb on Hiroshima, died on July 30, 2014 at the age of 93. The famous creek by the Dutch name was the last surviving member of the crew-member of the plane named 'Enola Gay'. He was posted on this plane when he was 24 years old. When asked about the nuclear attack on Japan, he said he had no remorse for the attack. He d Defended the attack, saying it was the end of World War II.

Charles W. Sweeney, the pilot of the Nagasaki atomic bomb during World War II, flew a B-29 to attack Nagasaki when he was 25 years old. Sweeney defended the bombing for life. I want the war to end and we all to return to our families. ' Sweeney, 84, died on July 18, 2004.

Nostradamus Prediction 2021 : Corona was just trailer Picture is still remaining

Nostradamus Prediction 2021 : Corona was just trailer Picture is still remaining

Michel de Nostredame (depending on the source, 14 or 21 December 1503 – 1 or 2 July 1566), generally Latinised as Nostradamus, was a French astrologer, physician and distinguished seer, who is best known for his book Les Prophéties, a storage of 942 poetic quatrains[b] allegedly predicting future moments. The book was first published in year 1555.

He combated alongside doctors against the plague before remarrying to Anne Ponsarde, with whom he had 6 children. He wrote an almanac for year 1550 and, as a result of its victory, continued writing them for future years as he started working as an astrologer for different wealthy patrons. Catherine de' Medici became one of his leading supporters. His Les Prophéties, released in 1555, relied heavily on historical and literary precedent, and initially got mixed reception. He suffered from grave gout toward the end of his life, which finally developed into edema. He passed away on 2 July 1566. Many famous authors have retold apocryphal legends about his life.Nostradamus's family was initially Jewish, but had converted to Catholic Christianity before he was born. He studied at the varsity of Avignon, but was forced to leave after just over a year when the university closed because of an outbreak of the plague. He worked as an apothecary for many years before entering the University of Montpellier, hoping to earn a doctorate, but was almost quickly expelled after his work as an apothecary (a manual trade forbidden by university statutes) was searched. He first married in year 1531, but his wife and 2 children died in year 1534 during another plague outbreak.

These academics argue that Nostradamus's predictions are characteristically unclear, meaning they could be applied to virtually anything, and are useless for deciding whether their author had any real prophetic powers. They even  point out that English translations of his quatrains are almost always of extremely poor quality, based on later manuscripts, generated by authors with little knowledge of sixteenth-century French, and often deliberately mistranslated to make the prophecies fit whatever events the translator believed they were supposed to haveIn the years since the publication of his Les Prophéties, Nostradamus has attracted several supporters, who, along with much of the famous press, credit him with having accurately predicted many major world events. Most educational sources reject the notion that Nostradamus had any genuine supernatural prophetic abilities and maintain that the associations made between world events and Nostradamus's quatrains are the result of misinterpretations or mistranslated (sometimes deliberate).

Nostradamus released a book in year 1555 including 942 quatrains that allegedly predict famous future events.

• Observers have come across a handful of predictions that because seem to reflect real world events.

• In reality, most of Nostradamus' prophecies are poorly translated - and unclearlly worded enough to encourage tons of speculation.

Nostradamus' name is originally synonymous with predicting the future.

The alleged oracle began publishing his popular , cryptic quatrains in 1555. But these were no normal poems. Nostradamus was allegedly a diviner who was able forecast future tidings.

The 16th century apothecary and astrologer's status as a distinguished "seer" permitted him to solicit patronage from wealthy and prominent individuals such as Catherine de' Medici, the queen of France.Nostradamus' star didn't fade after his death in year 1566. His works have continued to attract adherents who have joined his writings to earth-shattering events like the rise of Adolf Hitler and the 9/11 attacks.

But, such as horoscopes, the predictions themselves tend to be unclearlly worded, and therefore open to the reader's interpretations and biases.

In "Nostradamus, Bibliomancer: The Man, the Myth, the Truth," biographer Peter Lemesurier concludes that Nostradamus "believed that history repeats itself" and utilized the technique of projecting past events onto the future in order to create realistic-sounding claims. What's more, scholars have argued the modern translations of Nostradamus' writing are sloppy and untrustable.

With all that in mind, here's a look back at some of Nostradamus' most popular predictions:

20 Rupees Coin's Design Recently launched By Rbi

20 Rupees Coin's Design Recently launched By Rbi

RBI Recently Launched A 20 Rupee Coin:- The Reserve Bank of India has recently launched a Rs 20 coin. It was designed by Spunil Soni, son of Mungeli. Swapnil, a former student of the National Institute of Design (NID) Ahmedabad, designed the coin last year, when the RBI sought an application to design the coin. The RBI selected Swapnil's design from applications received from across the country.

According to Swapnil, the coin designed by him is different from the rest of the coin. It has a glimpse of the Agriculture Minister of India and has 12 corners. Copper and Nickel have been used between the coins. What is special is that even a blind person can easily recognize it. On a separate part of the coin is inscribed Ashoka Pillar and its lower Satyamev Jayate. Ashoka is inscribed India on the right and India on the left. The back of the coin is marked with Rs 20 in Hindi and English.

Amidst the highly contagious virus, a new coin will soon be added to the Indian currency. Almost a decade after the issuance of Rs 10 coin, a new coin of Rs 20 denomination has been minted and will be soon in circulation for the general public.

Where the new coins have been minted?

Mahesh Jain, the collector and world record holder of coins and notes stated that the new Rs 20 coins are ready in the four Indian government mints-- in Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Noida.

The Prime Minister Narendra Modi had unveiled the coins made under the Visually Handicapped Disabled Friendship Series last year, which included 1, 2, 5, 10 and 20 rupees coins.

All the coins in this series are of the same design. Of these, coin

When will the coins be circulated in the market?

The Mumbai mint has given a consignment of coins to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The coins from the Reserve Bank of India will be sent to the banks through regional offices. The new Rs 20 coin was supposed to come into circulation in April itself, but due to the nationwide lockdown, it could not be circulated. Therefore, as soon as the lockdown opens, the new Rs 20 coin will be available in the market for the general public.

How will the coin look like?

The Finance Ministry in its notification earlier revealed that the new Rs 20 coin will be made in Copper, Zinc and Nickel. The roundness of the Rs 20 coin with twelve corners is 27 millimetres. The total weight of the coin prepared in two discs is 8.54 grams.

The outer disc of the coin is made up of 65% copper, 15% zinc and 20 % nickel alloy. The coin is light golden in colour.

It will have the Lion Capitol symbol of Ashoka Pillar with the legend "Satyamev Jayate" is inscribed on its front side. The words "Bharat" in Hindi and "INDIA" in English are on the right and left-hand side of the symbol respectively.

On the opposite side, the coin is inscribed with the denominational value "20" having the rupee symbol beside it.  Above the denominational value, the design of grains is inscribed showing the agrarian spirit of the country.

Visually Handicapped Disabled Friendship Series

RBI Recently Launched A 20 Rupee Coin

Swapnil is very happy that his designed coin will be seen all over the country. Swapnil has also got a prize of one lakh rupees for it. Virendra Soni's son Swapnil, who retired as a driver in Mungeli's excise department, has been interested in designing since childhood. His early education took place at the Saraswati temple in the village.

Swapnil is studying PG at National School of Design Ahmedabad. The National School of Design Ahmedabad also participated in the competition when the Government of India handed over the responsibility of coin design to designing related organizations. If there is a competition among the students studying in this institute, the concept given to Swapnil of Chhattisgarh for Rs. 20 was selected.

The Reserve Bank of India wants a nationwide application for the design of most currencies. If you have a hobby of designing and you have a good concept then your coin also runs in the country

India is known for its diversities and religions where we enjoy a lot of festivals. Let it be a Muslim, Sikh, Hindu, or Christian, we celebrate each and every festival with zeal and enthusiasm. But knowing the exact dates of the same becomes troublesome sometimes. To get rid of it, we have brought Indian Calendar 2021 for you to ease out your struggle finding exact dates.

Indian National Calendar, also called as Shalivahana Shaka Calendar is broadly used for news broadcasting purposes alongside Gregorian Calendar. After a survey conducted by Calendar Reform Committee during 1950s, it was concluded that around 30 different calendars were being used to set Hindu, Buddhist and Jain festivals.

They found that these calendars were based on similar principles though prepared as per ancient customs and astronomical practices. On the other hand, Islamic calendar was used by Muslims in India along with Indian Government using Gregorian calendar for administrative purposes. Hereby, due to Calendar Reform 1957 C.E., a formalized and structured lunisolar calendar was finalised as the National Calendar of India, where leap years corresponded with those mentioned in Gregorian calendar.
