National Institute of Fashion Technology India Recruitment 2022
The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) under the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India has issued advertisements for the recruitment of 190 posts of Assistant Professors in its campuses located in various cities across the country. According to the recruitment advertisement issued by the institute, 77 out of 190 posts are unreserved, while 53 are reserved for candidates of OBC, 27 SC, 14 ST and 19 EWS categories. The posts of Assistant Professor in NIFT are to be filled on contract basis. The term of the contract will be 5 years and it can be further regularized.

Qualification
Candidates should be Post Graduate in the subject / field related to recruitment. At the same time, at least three years experience in teaching the related subject or industry is required. However, a minimum of one year experience is required for PhD candidates.
Age limit
The age of the candidates should not be more than 40 years on 31st January 2022. However, exemption has also been provided in the maximum age limit for the candidates of reserved sections as per the rules of the government.
