Phase 1

Phase 3

Tax payers middle class having yearly incom in the range of 6-18 lakh, who dont have pakka home can even grab benefits of subsidy.In this situation @120 sqm for income up to 12 Lakh and @150 sqm for income up to 18 Lakh per annum.
Under this component, government gives financial assistance @Rs. 1.5 Lakh per EWS house being built up to builders in States/UTs/Cities.
Under this component, the personal eligible families belonging to EWS categories are given central assistance of Rs. 1.5 lakh.
