Educational Qualification :- Any graduate with minimum 2nd class degree in law from reputed university. Those qualified under the 5 years Integrated Course will also be considered .
Experience :-total three years experience out of which minimum 1 year of working experience any industrial establishment and should have working experience of
(i) Contracts laws, Labour Laws and arbitration and conciliation At.
(i) Civil Maters and land matters
Ideal Candidate should able to independently represent at condition offices/ revenue offices tribunal as well as before arbitrator.
Age limit :- No Above 40 years as on the date of application.
