There is good news for you if you have booked Ola e Scooter. The company will start delivery of e-scooters from tomorrow, December 15. The company's CEO Bhavish Agarwal has announced this in a tweet.
The company is using the Direct to Customer Cell model for the delivery of S1 and S1 Pro electric scooters. This means there is no dealership or mediator involved. After taking the test drive, the customer will be able to take delivery at home without paying any extra money.
Earlier, the company had announced delivery from October 25. However, it was postponed due to lack of semiconductor chip. The company started the test drive on November 10.
E-scooters can be booked from January
The purchase window is currently closed as the company is focusing on delivery. The purchase window will now open in January. The company is delivering e-scooters in 1000 cities.
Internet connectivity will be available
